3/6: March Cooking Class – Spring Roundup

Please join us for our March Cooking Class with Chef Grady Spears
Saturday, March 6, 2010 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The class is $75.00 per person and includes the following:

  • 1 ½ – 2 hour cooking class and demo
  • 3 course lunch featuring the items demonstrated
  • Complimentary wine, beer and champagne

Spring Roundup

  • Frito Pie with Texas Cheeses and Pico
  • Guy Lee’s Pan Del Camp with Cheese and Greens
  • Bread Salad with Oven-Dried Tomatoes and Cheeses
  • Chile Rellenos Stuffed with Mexican Cheeses and Cow Camp Creamed Corn
  • Bread and Butter Jalapenos
  • Buttermilk-Blueberry Lemon Squares
